- Residency and ID. Proof of San Joaquin County residency is required for special waste at no charge.
- Not accepted. It does not take burned waste, cannery waste, five-gallon or larger drums, hazardous or infectious waste, large loads of soil or gravel, liquid waste, mobile homes, RVs and non-dismantled camper trailers, septic tank waste and toxic materials.
- How fees work. Fees are charged by weight (per ton) and as a flat rate per load or vehicle, with a minimum charge of $32.50. The posted rates are listed under Fees.
